Nest thermostat not turning on

Hello, I am having issues with my nest thermostat setup. I have two of them and two heat sinks. and currently both are problematic. one of the heat sink is working but it's thermostat doesn't power on and other pair is completely off, no power in either thermostat or the heat sink. we need someone who can come in, troubleshoot and get it working again.
