Description
Hi, I’m looking for someone to tidy up some finishing work in my small apartment. What needs doing: Baseboards/Skirting Boards: A few were removed for electrical work and reinstalled roughly. There are small gaps, nail holes, messy caulking and uneven lines. They need to be patched, re-caulked neatly, lightly sanded and painted. Window Boards (window sills) & Surrounds: The white window boards need to be smoothed out, filled where needed, and repainted for a clean finish. The caulking around the window surrounds is messy and cracking. It needs to be scraped off, cleaned up, and re-done with a flexible, paintable caulk so it doesn’t crack again. Wall Patchwork: A few small areas were filled poorly and need to be properly patched, sanded smooth, and painted. Nothing structural.. just cosmetic clean-up so everything looks neat and finished.

@Joseph B. And yes skirting needs to be resiliconed and patched up in some spots. Also in a few spots they siliconed over sawdust so that needs to be removed.
Do you have the paint there Robert
@Joseph B. Not sure if it’s needs to be refilled vs sanded but just need it cleaned up and looking smooth. Same thing goes for around the window frames. And the window boards just need to be smoothed out+repainted so I assume that would mean sanding them first.
Hi Robert so you want the walls re filled and sanded and the windows and skirting re siliconed and window bord cut straight and neat
