Issues with cisterns

Description

3 toilets aren’t flushing correctly. 1 downstairs and 2 upstairs toilets never really flush, always have to add water to them to flush. I believe the fault is in the cistern. Need a qualified plumber to be able to carry out repairs. Only day and time that suits Monday 9th March in the am.
