Hi Paul What type of material is on existing floors?

@Abramo D. Hello Abramo the customer has changed the plan again and will not be doing herringbone pattern in the small bathroom, instead they will fit tiles size 600mm X 300mm in a standard pattern/side by side straight.

@Gence G. Gence the job will not be done this Saturday and Sunday. There's a family living in the house with small children, they will not allow any work on the weekend. The work will take place during the week but I have to confirm with them the exact dates first.

@Abramo D. Hello Abramo the second bathroom floor is 1.5m X 800mm (80cm). No there's no skirting boards in the bathroom at all. The wall tiles go down to the floor and you tile the floor to meet the wall tiles. The customer will be making a decision in a few weeks time and they asked me to get quotes for laying the floor tiles. I will let you know when they pick someone so don't waste anymore of your time until then. Thanks again.

@Gence G. Hello Gence I explained most about the job in the description. The only work for you to do is lay new tiles on the floor. All the old tiles will be removed by me and I will also remove the toilets and sinks and I will fit them back in after the floor tiles are done. Yes I will supply all the materials including tiles, adhesive and grout. No the wall tiles are Not being done, they are staying on the walls. It's only the floor tiles to be laid. The price is whatever you want for the work as I put 500 as an option. Thanks
