The motorised valve is not kicking in for Radiators..Boiler has Hive ..hot water valve is kicking in fine Looking for someone who comes with new valve if required and also know how to check the wiring of hive for the radiator zone The valve works fine when the lever is turned to manual position and radiator start heating up and power led also glows up on the valve then

Yes shouldn't be a problem if you like I can come out have a look before going to buy valve.
@Alan S. Hi Alan, if its wiring issue instead ,then would you be able to sort out ? ( Earlier there was a digital clock/timer..got it changed to hive but the Plumber told that the valve is faulty
