I got this new switch for the bathroom fan but I need help to wire it. How it has to work: When the light switch is turned on, the light and fan turn on. When the light goes off, the fan stays on for a few minutes and then turns on. If the top switch is off, the light goes on but the fan doesn’t. I have a ladder already
