They're up to 10 years lifespan, no charging
@Alan T. I don't mind, how it's going to work? Is anything chargeable or how?
Ok and there's an option of instead of bringing trunking down to the new switch, you can add a wireless kinetic switch which interacts with a sensor we can place at the wall light. It will look better but the kit is around €50
@Alan T. *few
@Alan T. Closest switch just 1 m away on opposite wall but you need fee meters cable in order to hide it as it would go around the wordrop
Existing*
I'll need an existing switch to power the wall lights. I need to know how far the closest exisiting switch is so that I know how much cable I need. Also I will have to use plastic trunking if you don't want the plasterboard opened up. Thanks
@Alan T. Yes, I will hide cables
@Alan T. It's indoor, switch can be anywhere
Are they indoor or outdoor?
In plastic trunking? How far is the switch you intend on using or it?
@Alan T. No, but It will suit me if the cable goes over the wall, since I don’t want to open the walls, I’ve done renovations
Do you need cable brought to two points in the wall or are you just replacing wall lights?
Cable is already there?
@Alan T. It's 20 min job, not €300
