Just moved into a house on Lower Dargle Road, Bray, and unfort we are having a leak from our shower into downstairs. We tried to reseal it, but we think it might be something to do with the taps or the plug. There is also a drip in our toilet flush that we would also like fixed.

Yes I can remove it but it will probably break as I'm doing it, I can drill holes in it but these things are not made for removal! I will smash it in order to make a hole big enough to access the pipes underneath the tap section.
Hi Paul, yes the side of the bath is tiled, will you be able to remove this so you can access it?
Hello Mark is the panel along the side of the bath tiled? This has to be removed to access the pipes underneath the bath.
@Dimas H. Hi Dismas, I have just added these, first three are of the bath/shower and last one is of the leak directly below
