I'd like 2 large shrubs cut down and disposed of. Ground levelled up so no dips down the back or side or garden, so bricks laid down to level with the existing concrete as best then levelling off with mixed concrete.

No side access means double the labour charge
@Vincent M. Not looking for job to be done until August 5th or after
@Vincent M. Sure there is a couple of better pics gone up there. Yes the small lawn area could be spread to back of garden and the actual concrete tiles that are there could be hacked up to lower the overall height and the rubble from that be put down the back. The garden can be sloped doesnt need to flat just need a continous hill as much. I would need to consider drainage too.
Is there side access ? How much concrete work is needed? And are you supplying materials ?
@Donagh M. If there cheaper material like builders rubble and tarmac than bricks and concrete can you consider that and make a lower offer
@Donagh M. Can you supply all the materials and dispose of all waste. Also if you can bring price down by considering alternative ways to level off ground than bricks and concrete. As i mentioned in later message to other guy, the finish doesn't need to be concrete, i just need all ground levelled for sand and artificial grass laying.
@Vincent M. Im planning down road to lay down artificial grass so i dont need a concrete finish everywhere necessarily i just need it all levelled out.
@Vincent M. Ok can you dispose of waste included in that. Do you have your own skip or do u need to hire a skip. Can you bring materials for it. I happy to use cheaper options like builders rubble instead of bricks to raise the garden level or something else that you think is more suitable. If we can avoid cost of cement and mixer hire, im all for that. Let me know if youve alternatives.
