Fix velux window leak and leaking gutter

Description

We have a leaky gutter above our back yard kitchen extension, it seems to allow quite a bit of water to pour over one of our velux windows. This has seemingly led to a slight leak in one of them which allows a minimal amount of water to drip into our dining area when there is more than a drizzle.
