Create a low maintenance garden with natural grass and mulch borders. Work required includes: • Remove existing weeds, patchy grass and level the soil. • Seed natural grass across the main garden area. • Create curved mulch borders along both sides with low-maintenance plants. • Add one or two raised planter beds for growing vegetables. I can buy the materials required if the quantity can be estimated. Please refer to the two attached images for current state and expected state.

Looking at the comments it feels that it would be better to use artificial grass. Could you please revise the quote for artificial grass ?
If you want low maintenance why don’t you have raised beds around the perimeter and then Artifical grass the middle. Let me know if we can help
