Unload half of cargo van into apartment

Description
We have a half filled cargo van of stuff we need unload into our apartment. There are some boxes, suitcases, four small sets of drawers, a bookshelf, and six large pieces of plywood from an enormous crate for our Wolfhound. The apartment is close to the loading zone, maybe 40 meters door to door, plus a small elevator.
