Replace float valve in attic water tank

Description

Our overflow pipe is dripping water from the attic tank which appears to be due to wear and tear on the valve. Last year, we cleaned fitting and overflow stopped but it is back now and so need this to be replaced. Also need a step ladder to access the tank in the attic
