Repair struck trolley handle on suitcase

Hi! I need help fixing the trolley handle on my suitcase. The handle is stuck in the fully extended position and won’t go back down, so I can’t use the suitcase at all.. I’m looking for someone who has experience with luggage repairs or knows what typically causes this issue (jammed mechanism, bent rods, stuck button, etc.) and can fix it safely without damaging the suitcase. If you can come over to take a look and repair it, that would be ideal. The suitcase is otherwise in great condition, it’s just the handle that’s stuck. Attached is the photo
