We need to remove 40sqm of tile, and install 60sqm of laminate in the downstairs of our house. The final 20sqm of floor is bare concrete currently. Laminate is 1900 x 190 mm, and requires no glue, and no nails. Some of the kitchen is sitting on tile, some not (see images) So the plan is to remove tile just beyond the kickers, and gables, so it appears the kitchen will be sitting on the new laminate. The toilet is tiled currently. Would like it to remain so, but unsure if we can get a clean cut and threshold added. Ideally job done on 17th and 18th May. Skip Provided, Laminate provided.
Hi Barry. We can start on Tuesday morning. Thanks Ciarán
@Ciarán M. Hi Ciaran, I'd like to accept your offer. If you can let me know when you would be available to begin the job, I will then issue the deposit.
And ye make that cut on the inside of the toilet, the door itself will cover the transition, and don't cheap out on the underfloor material, none of that white flat foam shite, breathes mould, get the good ventilation capability
