Putting up bike racks in garden shed

Description
I have two bike racks that need attaching to the inside wall of my garden shed. It's a simple job that requires two holes to be drilled- my drill doesn't seem to be powerful enough for the wall (concrete under plaster). With the correct equipment, this shouldn't take longer than 10 minutes
