Provide and fit wooden floor in sitting room

Im looking to get flooring in my sitting room only over tiles fro. Window to far wall see attached pic. Thames oak its 10 mm AC5 ROUGHLY AROUND 26 YARDS NEEDED. Roughly . If possible how soon could you do it and what would be required. I can be here any evening for you to look at the room and wgat s fully needed.
