Hi Pauline I can do the job for you in the morning .I have dust sheets rollers and brushes .Your right it will only take an hour .Now if there's a leak stain you would have to use a stain block small tin (water based if you can ) ,eden decor would have it id .Paint for the ceiling you could get a 5 liter tin of white emulsion doesn't matter what brand once it's not ceiling paint . @Kevin B. Hi Kevin, it'll only take less than an hour to paint the part affected by a leakage, I can only afford €100. Please let me know if you'd be able to do the job.
