Hi, my washing machine door won’t open, I believe there’s some kind of mechanical Jam. The machine itself works great and there’s no water or anything inside as I’ve drained. Open to suggestions on the best fix

This is not handyman task, you need appliances technician that works for Zanussi, could be door lock or electronic board issue. Try to ring Stillorgan appliances repair.
