Downstairs Kitchen: approx. 13 m² – fit laminate flooring Fit skirting boards to downstairs rooms (existing skirting have been removed and need refitted) Upstairs Bedrooms and landing: approx. 38–40 m² – existing skirting have been removed and need refitted Fit scotia beading upstairs only (approx. 48–50 linear metres) Throughout the house Install threshold / transition strips at doorways Edge sealing and finishing as required Totals Approx. 55 m² laminate flooring Materials Laminate flooring already purchased and on site Quote required for labour only, or labour plus small fittings (beading, trims, thresholds) Other Written estimate only required at this stage No site visit needed for now

@Vitalie S. hi its a straight laminate, its only the kitchen that needs flooring. other parts of house need skirtings put back on and chalked and upstairs needs beading also. am looking for best estimate . thanks
