Install Ventillation rack for Fridge Freezer

I have an issue with Integrated fridge frrezer and as per AEG support engineer - the fridge does not have proper ventillation. Hence i need some to install a ventillation rack beneath the fridge freezer as shown in Image. Last photo is the issue with my fridge showing all frost built up AEG Model No. NSC8M191DS
