Description
I have two tasks for the semi-deatched house: 1. Can you clean the immediate area in the gutter and apply a waterproof sealant or patch to fix the small hole/split. This is a targeted repair, not a gutter replacement. 2. The black stain on the pebble dash directly below the leaking gutter needs cleaning. Important: this shouldn't be pressure washed because of pebble stone, just soft-washing please. Thank you!

You need to treat the pebble with a dash treatment and come back next day to clean it , your gutter you need to cut back at least a meter and replace with a propper gutter joint , not cheep
