Furniture delivery to apartment

I need a dresser to be picked up on Monday or Tuesday from an auction house in Rathmines and brought to my apartment on St Augustine St. I live on the third floor and there is no lift. This is the description of the dresser: ART NOUVEAU FLAMED MAHOGANY VANITY DRESSER - the carved crest within an arched bevelled mirror panel, over two flanking short drawers and two graduating long drawers, elevated on turned legs, terminating on ceramic castors, 189 x 107 x 52cm.
