I can video the video but its usually better to see the job to see whats needed is there dampness or a leak and what has to be removed im in finglas i wont charge to view it .im plastering 40 yrs self employed

@James L. Hi James, yes the small window area. I need to fix the ceiling plaster, you see the holes in the pictures. If there is mould inside then treat them, apply anti mould primer, anti mould paint on top, etc.
