Fix Bike Rack & Fix Stair handrail

Hi all hope you are well I am looking for two jobs to be completed let me know if anyone can help! Location: Dublin 2 Preferred Completion Date: By Friday, 21 June 2025 1. Stair Handrail Repair The internal stair handrail has become loose and unsafe. A recent report from a guest highlighted that the rail pulled out from the wall when leaned on. It appears the rail holders were only secured with one screw, instead of the required three. While some temporary screws were added, there are sections where proper fixings couldn’t be inserted due to wall obstruction. The full handrail needs to be re-secured using appropriate wall fixings throughout to ensure safety and durability. Guest is currently away, so this is a good time to carry out works. 2. Bike Rack Stabilisation The outdoor bike rack is unstable and currently unsafe to use. As seen in the attached images, the rack is loosely bolted to the concrete, with visible lifting at the base and missing or ineffective fixings. The rack needs to be properly anchored into the ground, ideally using concrete or heavy-duty surface fixings to prevent movement or tipping. The work must ensure the rack is safe for daily tenant use.
