Fix balcony door - stuck between modes

Hi! I need help with a balcony door (tilt & turn type) that got stuck. It has three positions — fully open, slightly open (tilt for ventilation), and closed. At the moment, it seems to be stuck between modes: the top part is locked in the “closed” position, but the bottom part won’t close fully, as if it came off the hinge or track. I can’t open or close it completely. Looking for someone who can inspect and fix the mechanism so it works properly again.
