@Patrick Q. Hi Patrick, fantastic, thanks for the feedback - where was the bed from that you had the issue on? We’re concerned that the pivot didn’t before! We may need a hand getting upstairs as well so what dates/times could you possible do?
@Aurel G. Hi Aurel, it came as one large item - unfortunately due to the low ceiling height on the first floor, we can’t get it up the stairs and it’s also too big for the top floor windows so would need to be taken apart and then reassembled
Or separate parts don't fit up the stairs ?
Did it come assembled ?
