Build wheeled storage for Pilates equipment

Looking for a carpenter who can build a slotted storage for Pilates boards. There are 7 boards - one attached an AI rendering of what I had in mind but of course would love to chat options with an expert! A photo of the actual board is also attached. (Please advise on your rate - this is simply an estimate)
