Electrical: I need a light switch replaced. Plumbing: I have a leaky kitchen tap. I think it needs to be replaced. Carpentry: I have a door that the lower part needs to be shaved, due to a rising floor board. And I need a part of my banister reattached. Please see images attached. Can you provide a quote? The budget that I have provided is negotiable and does not include parts.

Where in Dublin is the job ? I can source material or you can get them yourself in nearest builders providers or Screwfix.
