Wire a bathroom fan

Description
I got this new switch for the bathroom fan but I need help to wire it. How it has to work: When the light switch is turned on, the light and fan turn on. When the light goes off, the fan stays on for a few minutes and then turns on. If the top switch is off, the light goes on but the fan doesn’t. I have a ladder already. Task is in Dublin 08, near Meath St

Basically i can do it as described in quote and if wiring will be needed there will be additional charge same as the quotation amount
@Dariusz L. There are wires up to the light switch and the fan switch, fan used to work with the previous switches
@Paul M. Cables are mixed, so far I have wired only the light so the fan never turns on. Space in the box is tight.
That switch controls power to the fan.
It sounds like the cables are just mixed
