Replace light fixtures

Hi! I have a few ceiling lights that are generic fixtures from the hardware shop nearby. I have purchased nicer fixtures that I'd like to have installed but am unable to do it myself. If you have experience with electrician work and pendant lights, please respond. Photos are of the fixtures I would like to be installed - they're kind of funky and expensive so extreme care will be necessary.
